The Project Firm was created to fill in a void created by the clients and the builder constantly trying to be on the same page but most likely finding themselves in two different boats, so to speak. We as an independent team will get involved in the project as project managers/superintendents and handle the methodology of the project execution.

- Monitoring project budget
- Liaising with builders, subcontractors and project supervisors at site
- Coordinating Material supplies to the site
- Attend Architectural , Draftee and client meetings
- Coordination of Structural, Services and Fire Engineers as well as Building surveyors
- Variation reporting and approvals
- Procurement of products
- Building surveyor inspections
- Resolving any construction issues
- Analysing Architectural plans and making sure all elements on the plans are reflected during construction
- Interior fit-out project coordination and completion
- Preparation of profitability, cash flow and other Management reports
